1. The Seller warrants that they are the legal owner of the equipment described above and have the right to sell it.

2. The equipment is sold with a ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY from the date of sale. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

3. WARRANTY SERVICE: All warranty service must be performed at the Seller's place of business (105 E Lincoln Ave, Hinckley, IL 60520). The Buyer is responsible for transportation of the equipment to and from the service location. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

4. The Seller makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the limited warranty stated above.

5. The Buyer acknowledges that they have inspected the equipment and accepts it in its current condition.

6. Title to the equipment transfers to the Buyer upon full payment of the sale price.

7. The Buyer assumes all responsibility for the equipment from the time of transfer, including any risks of loss, damage, or liability, except as covered by the limited warranty stated above.

Legal and Binding Agreement: This Bill of Sale is legal and binding between the Parties as stated above. The Parties each represent that they have the authority to enter into this transaction.

Governing Law: This Bill of Sale shall be governed by the laws of the State of .
